Today we had to use shapes to create fractions.
This poem I wrote by myself. The first line describes where I am and what I do there and the second line describes what mistake I made. The poetry feature we were looking at was a the end of both lines the last word has to rhyme.
We had express fest today and I went through making clothes and making art.
We dug for chocolate inside a cookie so we could learn that it takes a long time to find evidence from the past. It took 12 minutes to mine the whole thing. And 3 minutes till we take the next picture. The tool we used was two tooth picks. I mined twenty six chocolate pieces. My prediction was seventeen. The photos show my work.It was not easy because of the scraping off the crumbs.
We cut paper into shapes then we sell it to the world bank and get money from the world bank. We keep on doing that until Mr . Holland says to stop. We also could buy resources. Our country was Russia. And our resources were 3 rulers,2 pencils,3 scissors and one paper. In the photos there was Emma cutting shapes like triangles or a couple of stars. And in the other photo the world bank was giving money to people that cut stars or triangles. I solve my problems by trading for paper.
